The Arbitrum Foundation's multi-signature address has deposited 15 million ARB coins into CEX
According to Spot On Chain monitoring, the Arbitrum Foundation multi-signature address 0xd6c deposited 15 million ARB (worth $27.5 million) into CEX approximately 6 hours ago at a price of $1.83 per token. Subsequently, six new wallets withdrew a total of 14.9 million ARB from CEX.
