Sei Lianchuang: Plans to launch Sei V2 upgrade in the first half of the year, implementing EVM parallelization
According to DL News, Jay Jog, co-founder of Sei, stated that Sei Labs plans to launch the Sei V2 upgrade in the first half of 2024. The upgrade will implement EVM parallelization, allowing developers to deploy protocols from Ethereum on Sei. Currently, developers are required to write protocols using programming languages such as Rust or C++ on Sei. However, after the Sei v2 upgrade, developers will be able to use languages like Solidity and Vyper commonly used by Ethereum developers.
