Hong Kong Digital Asset Exchange and Shanghai Technology Exchange sign a strategic cooperation memorandum of understanding
Hong Kong digital asset exchange (HKbitEX) has signed a strategic cooperation memorandum of understanding with Shanghai Technology Exchange, aiming to strengthen future collaboration in the field of digital economy. According to the memorandum, both parties will jointly explore comprehensive financial solutions for technology and innovation enterprises based on asset tokenization, in order to address pain points faced by these enterprises during the financing process, including mismatch between financing needs and funding supply, difficulties in valuation, and imperfect investment exit mechanisms.
Shanghai Technology Exchange is a national-level permanent technology market and a national-level technology transfer demonstration institution jointly established by the Ministry of Science and Technology and the Shanghai Municipal People's Government; Hong Kong digital asset exchange provides digital asset trading and custody services for global investors.
In previous news, it was revealed that Hong Kong Securities Regulatory Commission listed Hong Kong digital asset exchange as one of the first applicants for virtual asset trading platform licenses announced in September this year.
