BlackRock chooses to appoint a primary executing agent to handle the purchase and sale of Bitcoin ETFs

According to documents disclosed by Bitcoin News, BlackRock has chosen a primary execution agent (PEA) to handle the bitcoin purchases and sales for its upcoming ETF. Bloomberg analyst James Seyffart stated that the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) may not accept primary execution agents purchasing bitcoin in cash mode.
