Swiss asset management company Pando Asset submitted 19b-4 documents to the SEC to join the U.S. spot Bitcoin ETF competition
Bloomberg analyst James Seyffart stated on X platform that Swiss asset management company Pando Asset has submitted a 19b-4 document to the SEC, officially joining the competition for a US Bitcoin spot ETF. Last week, the company submitted an S-1 application. Currently, there are 13 potential issuers of spot Bitcoin ETFs.
