Pacman: plans to distribute more BLUR in Season 2 than the initially set 300 million pieces

In a community AMA, Blur founder Pacman said that he does plan to distribute more BLURs to users in Season 2 than the 300 million originally set out, and that if you read our previous tweets about Season 2, you'll see that we didn't mean 300 million tokens, but rather 300 million+ tokens, Pacman said. 
Other than that, Pacman didn't mention anything about the allocation time, just that "it will be as soon as possible".
