BlackRock's ETHA dominated among ETH spot ETFs, both in terms of USD value and percentage growth. ETHA's assets under management (AUM) increased by 266.1% quarter-on-quarter, rising from $4.4 billion to $16 billion, with a market share of 58.2% at the end of the quarter.

Regulators explicitly stated in the order that Fortress's liquidity position is "completely insufficient to meet customer obligations."
